Recapture that feeling at Thompson’s Camps Otter Lake Resort, an affordable place for families to unwind, touch base and have fun together. Our resort is located on beautiful Otter Lake, Saskatchewan in the northern Hamlet of Missinipe, 50 miles (80 km) north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. 

We offer comfortable surroundings, deluxe banquet and convention facilities, private hot-tub cabins and exciting activities for the entire family. Your home-away-from-home, Thompson’s Camps offers a guest laundry facility, public payphones, a common fillet house, barbecues for each cabin and access to a gasoline pump for vehicles and boats.

The fishing is fantastic at Thompson's Camps!! Walleye, Northern Pike and Yellow Perch are found in high quantities because of the cold moving water of the Churchill River system. There are fly-out excursions to many different lakes that are accessible by plane only. From Thompson's camps you also have the opportunity to spend your fishing trip at a secluded outpost camp.
